Demanding tour from Alpen Hotel Post to Schnepfau. 1. single trail, then we go on to Bezau. The very strong biker can ride in the wall, others take the cable-car to the middle station Sonderdach. From there it goes uphill through the Wildmoos Alp, Schreibere Alpe, Alpe Sammere to Schreiber Sattel. Then there is a descent on country roads through the wild and romantic valley Helbocks Tobel, from where we cross the IFER Alpe to Schönenbach. At lunchtime we are in Schönenbach there you can try the original "Bregenzerwälder Käsespätzle". After lunch we drive the last 400hm to Osterguntenalpe then a reward comes.
